Driver Training - 18th May 2008 Every year we hold at least one 4x4 Driver Training course for members and this one was once again very well attended. The theory session was held in the boardroom of a local IT company (thanks Christoph) and thanks to Christo for assisting with some of the DVD's. The practical was done at Wiesenhof outside Stellenbosch and thanks to Pieter for making their training track available to us. The practical went without a hitch and even the radical sideslopes were traversed with ease. After practicing failed ascents and steep descents we moved across to the dam where we realxed over a braai. Well done to all those who attended. The practical for those who could not make the first session will be held shortly.
